The subdivision proposes 102 single family residential lots, a !.1 acre neighborhood park, and walkway from the park to the north edge of the proj~ A system of residential streets will provide circul~ within the project and will connect to proposed str~ from the Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills Plats.
