NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CQNCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold ~ public <br />hearing on MONDAY, JULY 10, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. John Peterson's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Chestnut Hills Addition. The plat consists of approximately 56 acres <br />and is proposed to be developed with 102 single-family urban residential lots. The property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Norlhwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />That pad of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof and the East <br />100 feet of the West 1,084.60 feet of that pad of said Government Lot 3 lying North of <br />the South 330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid out and established. <br /> <br />EXCEPT that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that pad of said <br />Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a point which <br />lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of <br />that pad of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and East right-of-way of <br />Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat <br />approval. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
