Bancroft, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition is located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, <br />To,reship 32, Range 25, Anoka Count3', Minnesot~a. The proposed subdivision has an area of 4q <br />acres more or less and consists of one (1) 2.5 acre lot with the remainder to be undeveloped. For <br />your information, the follo~fng items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Landscape architect's review (June 28, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (June 29, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (July 19, 1989) <br />Proposed Resolution <br />Proposed Development Agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On June 13, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Louis <br />Wilhelmi for Evergreen Estates Addition. <br /> <br />On July 10, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan. Mr. <br />Wilhelmi stated he was willing to dedicate all the easements necessary for the extension of 173rd. <br />Avenue Northwest. In addition, the Planning and Zoning Commission requested reconsideration <br />on his recommendation in Item #5 regarding Lot Orientation. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approved the sketch plan for Evergreen Estates. <br /> <br />On July 13, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission approved the sketch plan for <br />Evergreen Estates Addition and that park dedication be satisfied by cash. <br /> <br />lq~comrnendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that park dedication be satisfied by cash as stated in the Landscape Architect's <br />rev/ew of June 28, 1989. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the Evergreen Estates Addition. <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approval of Evergreen Estates Addition, as per City Engineer's <br />review dated July 19, 1989. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion to adopt/not adopt Resolution #89-07 to approve the final plat of Evergreen Estates Addition. <br /> <br /> <br />
