NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO Wt-IOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public heating on Monday, July 10, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Jon M. Rambosek's request for preliminary plat approval of the proposed Nature View Addition. The plat consists of approximately 75 acres and is proposed to be developed with 19 single-family residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: A triangular piece of land in the Southeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at a small Burr Oak Tree about 4 inches in diameter standing on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, then running East on the said Quarter line 28 rods and 10 feet to the section line, then North on said section line 26 rods and 10 feet, then Southwesterly by a straight line to said Burr Oak Tree aforesaid contiguous 2 acres of land and all of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25 except that part taken away for highway purposes by the County of Anoka 8/23/73. -and- That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the centerline of C.S.A.H. No. 5 as it is now layed out and travelled and that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the C.S.A.H. No. 5 as now travelled and Northerly of the following described line: commencing at a point on the Westerly line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter which is 910 feet North of the Southwest comer thereof, then North 89 degrees, 42 minutes, 50 seconds East for a distance of 889.60 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said C.S.A.H. No. 5. -and- That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, lying Westerly of the County road known as Nowthen Blvd. (except #7610) (except #9000) (except #7650) and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: commencing at the Northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, then West along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 995 feet to the centerline of C.S.A.H. No. 5, then South 48 degrees East along said centerline 708.0 feet to the actual point of beginning, then North 48 degrees West along said centerline 116.03 feet, then South 40 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 479.79 feet, then South 22 degrees East a distance of 130.48 feet to its intersection with a line bearing South 40 degrees 45 minutes West from the point of beginning, then North 40 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of 537.0 feet to the point of beginning (except that part taken for highway by Anoka County 7/4/73.
