NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 10, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Bret Scott for a conditional use permit to operate a commercial dog kennel with a maximum capacity of 10 dogs at 7910 173rd Avenue N.W. This property is legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance 400 feet East of the Northwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, then South and parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 300 feet, then East and parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter to the West line of the East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 6, Township 32, Range 25; then North along said West line of said East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of said Northwest Quarter to the North line of the said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, then West along said North line to the point of beginning except road; subject to easement of record. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the conditional use permit request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
