~ask <br />1. <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br />SITE P EIS REVIEW PROCESS <br /> <br />Review site selection documents and files to determine issues, <br />environmental concerns, and other pertinent information <br />relating to Candidate Site "P". <br /> <br />Review and comment on interim sections of draft EIS. <br /> <br />Respond to requests for data from County, County's Consultant <br />or other agencies during the EIS process. <br /> <br />Review, evaluate, and comment on draft EIS document with <br />particular attention given to items presented in the October, <br />1986 Final Scoping Decision and the City's July, 1986 Response <br />to Draft Scoping Decision for sites P,D, and Q. <br /> <br />Such evaluation shall include but not be limited to: <br /> <br />Alternates to the Proposed Action <br />Geologic and Hydrogeologic Impacts <br />Socio-Economic Impacts <br />Land Use <br />TraffiC <br />Health Risks <br />Landfill Gas <br />Surface Waters <br />Noise <br />Air Quality <br />Nuisance Factors <br />Impacts on Airport <br />Visual Impacts <br />Site Design and Construction <br />End Use <br />Long Term Care and Monitoring <br />Measures to Mitigate Impacts <br /> <br />Prepare and attend Public Hearings on Draft EIS and Site <br />Selection, attend other meetings as appropriate. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate comments on draft EIS and final EIS. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate Report of Site Selection Authority and <br />environmental review reports of Met Council. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate Permit Requirements and any supplementary <br />documents generated as a result of this siting process. <br /> <br />Generate, as appropriate, supplementary data for review in the <br />EIS and permit report process. <br /> <br />Prepare reports for City, Met Council, Anoka County and MPCA <br />as appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br />
