26. The side slopes on the mound shall be no steeper than <br />three (3) to one (1). <br /> <br /> 27. Whenever mounds are located on slopes, a diversion shall <br />be constructed immediately upslope from the mound to intercept and <br />direct runoff. <br /> <br /> 28. A vertical inspection pipe at least 1-1/3 inches in <br />diameter must be installed in each drainfield rock layer of every <br />mound. The inspection pipe must have three-eighths inch or larger <br />perforations spaced vertically no more than six inches apart. At <br />least two perforations must be located in the rock layer. The <br />inspection pipe must extend to the bottom of the rock layer and <br />must be capped flush with or above finished grade. <br /> <br /> 30. A pump must be used as specified in this Chapter (Refer <br />to Dosing Devices for Pressure Distributions). <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br /> <br /> Sections pertaining to FINAL TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL - STANDARD <br />SYSTEM and FINAL TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL - ALTERNATE SYSTEM in the <br />Ramsey city Code entitled "Sewage Disposal Systems" chapter are <br />hereby repealed after the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
