The purpose of this requirement is to prohibit salvage and junk yard activities. <br /> <br />Auto sales inventory shall be limited to vehicles that meet State requirements for operation <br />on Minnesota roadways. <br /> <br />The property owners shall submit a request to the Anoka County Auditor to consilidate the <br />three subject parcels into one tax parcel. <br /> <br />That the holders of this conditional use permit agree to grant an option to the City for a <br />period of fifteen (15) years to purchase the right-of-way for frontage road/utility purposes <br />over and across the northerly sixty (60) feet of the site, at the property's then market price <br />at the time of purchase. <br /> <br />MR.
