All other comments from our July 25, 1989 <br />review letter to Gerald Zimmerman remain valid (letter attached). <br /> <br />The revised site plan indicates that the proposed building would <br />be situated on the north line under a zero lot line zoning concept. <br />This eliminates the drive and access from Xkimo other than for <br />employees parking. <br /> <br />Ail public retail access would be through the car wash parkinglot. <br />An easement Or other legal instrument will need to run with the <br />land providing access and egress. <br /> <br />The number of parking spaces on the property has been increased to <br />30 (31 required by City Code).
