Improve the surface of Bison S tree: and close 1'7 ] s~ Avenue N.W. 9 Put in another East-West street linking the new neighborhood to a major south roadway. At the very least, there should ~ a stop sign up on 171st and Zeolite if nothing else is done. /Sresent traffic along Zeolite moves at a pretty good ciin as it is and with more ~'affic coming onto Zeolite from i71st, with no traffic controls, it is an accident waiting to happen. In conclusion, we have no problems with more homes being built. We realize that this area is ~owing rapidly, it is a sign of the times. We do not think it is reasonable, however, to ask us to lower our quails, of life in our neighborhood by putting up with la-ge increases in traffic when there are alternatives to this potential problem.
