All of the lots also meet the <br />minimum width retirement of 200 feet. <br /> <br />In reviewing the sketch plan re.m~irements of the City Code, <br />the names and addresses of the owner and subdivider were not <br />provided. <br /> <br />Zn review of access to the plat, access will be provided from <br />County Road 63 on the north and County Road No. 83 to the <br />west. Two lots will re.quire variances fcr access to County <br />Road No. 83. However, the County will be realigning County <br />Road No. 83 and the portion adjacent to the plat is proposed <br />to become a City street. <br /> <br />We are unable to comment on the drainage at this time.
