Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-08-. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN ESTATES <br /> <br />Joel F. Nelson and Louis Wilhelmi, hereafter referred 1o as <br /> <br />"Developers', have properly applied lor plat approval on the following described properly <br />Iocaled in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Norlhwest Quarter of Section 7, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the East <br />Portion of the South thirty three feet (33') of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quader of Section 6, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 13, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an <br />application and sketch plan from Louis Wilhelmi for Evergreen Estates Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />reviewed the sketch plan, Mr. Wilhelmi stated he was willing to dedicate all the easements <br />necessary for the extension of 173rd. Avenue Northwest. In addition, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission requested reconsideration on his recommendation in Item #5 regarding Lot <br />Orientation. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Evergreen <br />Estates; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Evergreen Estates Addition and that park dedication be satisfied by <br />cash. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That approval of <br />Evergreen Estates Addition is granted contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />MARKETABLE TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable title for the property <br />to the Cily of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />!MPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall construct improvements shown on the plan as <br />directed by the City Engineer, in accordance with City standards and specifications. <br />These improvements include the extension of 173rd Avenue N.W. and temporary cul-de- <br />sac within the plat and includes shaping the street and related ditches, grading, <br />backslopes, drainage, and seeding. The Developer shall be responsible for any expenses <br />associated with the construction of these improvements. The Developer shall restore all <br />disturbed areas as specified by the City Engineer. The Developer shall also provide <br />erosion control measures during construction. Said improvements shall be completed on <br />or before November 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
