FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR <br />SANITARY SEWER ~ND WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION <br /> FOR SERVICE TO <br /> RUM ACRE ESTATES, OUTLOT B <br /> CITY OF RAM~SEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The scope of this report is to study the technical feasibility of <br />constructing sanitary sewer and watermain service to the <br />southwest corner of Outlo~ B, Rum Acre Estates. Outlot B of Rum <br />Acre Estates has an area of approximately 33 acres and is pro- <br />posed to be subdivided into 75 lots. The proposed plat is <br />located south of 153rd Avenue N.W., north of 150th Avenue N.W. <br />and east of Waco Street N.W. <br /> <br />The area benefiting from ~he project, Outlot B, Rum Acre <br />Estates, lies within the Southeast Quarter of Section 24 in <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The report follows with a brief discussion and estimated costs <br />for associated sanitary sewer and wate_~main construction, the <br />financing of the project and the anticipated schedule for the <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />
