Based on the existing zoning map, the existing laterals in <br /> <br />River's 5end plat have ade~uate capacity tc se~e all the Peterscn <br />property, River's Bend and Out!or B Rum Acre Estates. As shown <br />in Table 1 there would be excess capacity of 65 gallons per minute <br />or capacity to service approximately 94 additional units. This <br />capacity could se.~vice the original plat of Rum Acre Estates cr <br />provide for higher density development of the Peterson property. <br /> <br />iV. <br /> <br />PROPOSED FACILITIES <br /> <br />A. Sanitary Sewer <br /> It is proposed to extend the existing 8" lateral sewer <br /> located at the intersection of Waco Street N.W. and !49th <br /> Avenue N.W. The sewer line would be installed north across <br /> the Peterson property in the future location of Waco Street <br /> extended to 150th Avenue N.W. then east in an easement from <br /> Waco Street to the Southwest corner of Rum Acre Estates as <br /> shown on Exhibit A.
