Stated <br />that there w/Il be sewer an.~ water problems if Juniper Woods is not served <br />by municipal sewer and water. <br /> <br />Jack btiller - S~ated that he represents o~ership of Outlot B since 1969; <br />that ownership is selling the land to Mr. Knutson for single family <br />develo.~ment; }~. Knutson has the authority to sell the lots; purchasing a <br />lot would be a ~atter of private contract. <br /> <br />Representative for Inger Welt - Stated that if Juniper Woods is developed <br />with private septic systems, it will create problems with the private wells <br />in Rum Acre Estates. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimme_rman replied that Juniper Woods is proposed to be developed <br />with m~nicipal sec'ices. <br /> <br />Don Jazdzewski - 15231 S~Lish Street K.W. - Inquired if any studies will be <br />done regarding the impa_ ct Juniper Woods will have on property values in Rum <br />Acres Estates, additional traffic congestion, and the impact to existing <br />private weils in the area caused by Proving to supply additional water to <br />sense J~niper Woods. <br /> <br />Chairman Zin~nerman replied that he suspects ~-==' <br /> ~.=.=lc would increase; the <br />city does not nonna!ly do J~?~ studies on subdivisions. <br /> <br />City Ln_~ineer I~atikka stated that there is an extension of Waco Street <br />proposed to the south to 149th to provide another ou~iet no the area to <br />rel~ieve part of the traffic voiu~ne on -~rc.
