AN ORDINANCE AIX~ENrDING SECTION 170.014 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMS£Y, MLNrN~ESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following descfibed property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota. and That part of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count3,, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof and the East 100 feet of the West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North of the South 330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid out and established. Except that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at fight angles from a point which lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Dirve as now la_id out. and The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka CounD', Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECT/'VE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
