PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MR. DONALD MILINKOVICH 6501_ GREEN VALLEY ROAD 03-32-25-14-0001 REVISED AUGUST 22, 1989 On , 1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Donald Milinkovich for an auto detail shop in the R-1 Rural Residential District on the property at 6501 Green Valley Road, which property is legally descibed as follows: The West 60 acres of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said East half of Northeast Quarter) (except approximately 12-1/2 acres lying northerly of County drainage ditch) and (subject to a 66 foot easement to be reduced to 33 feet if becoming a private road rather than a public road lying along the entire easterly line of said property) (subject to the right-of-way of County Road No. 63 also known as Green Valley Road as now laid out and travelled) also (subject to an easement for an electric transmission line recorded at Book 784, Page 12, as Document No. 308568 and partial release recorded as Document No. 431438). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. All auto detail operations will be conducted inside the accessory structure on the property. 2. At no time shall there be more than one customer vehicle maintained on the property. 3. There shall be no auto body repair and painting operations conducted on the property. o All customer vehicles will be brought onto the property and delivered to the customer after job completion by the permit holder. 5. No vehicle sales will be conducted on the subject property. o Employees of the auto detail business will be limited to immediate family members residing on the premises. o That storage, handling, use and disposal of chemicals and fluids used at the site shall conform to State and Federal regulations. o Issuance of this permit will be contingent upon the applicant submitting a waste water drainage plan approved by the City Engineer.
