(See attached <br />Agreement). Said violations are: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Applicant in no way enclose the plant hanger framework at the front of the main <br />building <br />Applicant shall provide "exit" "entrance" signs as shown in exhibit "A". <br /> <br />As inspected by Steve Lutmer, Community Development Inspector, and Mark S. Banwart, <br />Community Development Director, at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 1989, said plant <br />hanger framework in front of main building is enclosed and no exit and entrance signs were <br />present. Pursuant to the City of Ramsey Agreement, To Guarantee Compliance With The <br />Development Conditions Established By The City Of Ramsey, the applicant agrees and <br />understands that failure to comply with terms of this agreement shall result in the City <br />requiring the removal of the temporary greenhouse. The City hereby requires the removal of <br />the lemporary greenhouse on or before 12:00 noon on Seplember 29, 1989. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the City Code 170.017C: Screening In All Districts, all merchandise, materials and <br />equipmenl stores, kept or displayed outside a building shall be screened, with the following <br />exceptions: A) retail merchandise being displayed in front of a structure lawfully used as a <br />place for retail sales. Retail merchandise otherwise unlawfully displayed in the setback area <br /> <br /> <br />
