PIN: 35-32-25-23-0004 Larry Hickman: As per our on-site visitation and discussion of August 14, 1989, the iollowing is offered: Pursuant to the Conditional Use Permit: Temporary Structure agreed upon in principal at the March 24, 1981 Council Meeting and later signed as a contractual agreement; the City of Ramsey hereby declares that the conditions of the agreement have been violated. (See attached Agreement). Said violations are: 1) 2) Applicant in no way enclose the plant hanger framework at the front of the main building Applicant shall provide "exit" "entrance" signs as shown in exhibit "A". As inspected by Steve Lutmer, Community Development Inspector, and Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director, at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 1989, said plant hanger framework in front of main building is enclosed and no exit and entrance signs were present. Pursuant to the City of Ramsey Agreement, To Guarantee Compliance With The Development Conditions Established By The City Of Ramsey, the applicant agrees and understands that failure to comply with terms of this agreement shall result in the City requiring the removal of the temporary greenhouse. The City hereby requires the removal of the lemporary greenhouse on or before 12:00 noon on Seplember 29, 1989. Pursuant to the City Code 170.017C: Screening In All Districts, all merchandise, materials and equipmenl stores, kept or displayed outside a building shall be screened, with the following exceptions: A) retail merchandise being displayed in front of a structure lawfully used as a place for retail sales.
