22. Surface and Stormwater <br /> <br />The project will generate increased stormwater runoff by <br />virtue of the paved roadway surface. The 40' paved roadway <br />will comprise approximately 8.7 acres of impervious surface. <br />Figure 11 indicates the typical street section with drainage <br />directed to ditches either side of the roadbed. The outlets <br />for these ditches would be to the wetlands thus retaining the <br />natural drainage patterns. An outlet control structure may <br />be required for Wetland 656W which would control the level of <br />the wetland. This wetland drains generally to the northeast <br />to Co. Ditch 66 & 3. <br /> <br />The middle segment of the proposed project south of 153rd Lane <br />may be designed with curbs providing more positive control of <br />runoff. No significant impacts to stormwater runoff or water <br />quality are anticipated as a result of this project. <br /> <br /> <br />
