28. Traffic <br /> <br />Average daily traffic (ADT) flows are shown on Figure 15. <br />The ADT's were compiled by Mn/DOT for the MSA road system in <br />the City. It is anticipated that approximately 1200 average <br />daily trips would occur on the se.~ment between Ramsey Blvd <br />and Sunfish Lake Blvd. Between Sunfish and Co. Rd. 5 (Nowthen <br />Blvd), the ADT is e>~ected to be approximately 1500. The <br />overall impact of the project should be positive by reducing <br />east-west vehicular trips on residential streets and more <br />efficiently providing an east-west route to the major north- <br />south arterials. <br /> <br />xxii <br /> <br /> <br />
