110.074 <br /> 1. <br /> <br />expenses of the City in reviewing the site plan <br />application. The $50.00 fee will be reviewed <br />annually by the Council and may be changed by <br />Council resolution. <br /> <br />Required site plan information: <br /> <br />Name and address of the fee owner of the <br />subject propety where the horse(s) are to be <br />maintained and the name and address of occupant <br />of subject property. <br /> <br />b. Legal description of subject property. <br /> <br />c. Acreage of subject property. <br /> <br />de <br /> <br />Number of horses to be maintained on subject <br />property. <br /> <br />Sketch plan showing, to scale: location of all <br />buildings on subject property,fenced in horse <br />pasture area, location and distance from <br />subject property of all adjacent property's <br />buildings, and area on subject property where <br />manure will be stored. <br /> <br />The Horseman's Committee shall review the site plan <br />application. After said review the Horseman's <br />Committee shall adopt Findings of Fact and shall <br />make a recommendation for approval or denial of the <br />site plan to the City Council. <br /> <br />The City Council shall review the application, the <br />Horseman's Committee's Findings of Fact and <br />recommendation and either approve or deny the site <br />plan application. The Council as condition of <br />approval, may require certain additional conditions. <br />The City Council's final action on the site plan <br />applications shall be the city's final action on the <br />application. <br /> <br />RODENT AND INSECT CONTROL <br /> <br />Manure shall be handled or treated in such a manner <br />as not to create a public nuisance which shall mean <br />at a minimum that manure will be properly disposed <br />of weekly when the number of horses on any one <br />parcel exceeds one horse per 1/2 acre of enclosed <br />roaming area. <br /> <br />Corrals, pens, stables or similar enclosures shall <br />be maintained in a manner to minimize fly breeding. <br /> <br /> <br />
