C¢.uncilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />mcved for its adoptS_on: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTIOK <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, iNC. (PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in March, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~88- awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the <br />construction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and <br /> <br /> %.~EREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka cf Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. <br />in the amount of $1,268.59. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment <br />to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the const~ction of site improvements to <br />Rum River Terrace in the amount of $1,268.59. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release forum for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) The amount of this partial pa~ent is not included in <br />Resolution ~89-08- approving payment of bills for the month of <br />August, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favcr thereof: <br /> <br />and the lc!lowing voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 22nd day of August, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
