Case <br /> <br /> ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />PROVISIONS OF THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM CHAPTER <br />By: Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />~ .... On July 13, 1989, Metropolitan Council approved the City's request <br />,~::t:~;..:.for expansion of the MUSA area. As a condition of approval, the <br />~:~'-!:-t-~-~, City agreed to amend certain provisions of its City Code pertaining <br />.... :'~'" to on-site treatment systems. This amendment amends the <br />requirements for dosing devices for pressure distribution systems, <br />replaces Final Treatment and Disposal - Standard Systems and <br />Alternative systems. The amendment was prompted by revisions to <br />Minnesota Chapter 7080 regarding rapidly permeable soils and mound <br />systems which were adopted in 1988 and 1989.
