CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br /> CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~ day of ,1989 between the City <br />of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Lord of Life Lutheran Church, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Church". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Church has requested permission to use the Council Chambers of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center Sunday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and I2:00 noon from <br />September 17, 1989 through June 4, 1990 for Adult Forum classes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the <br />City entering into an agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and <br />conditions hereinafter contained, <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That Church agrees that their use of the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />will be on Sunday mornings from September 17, 1989 through June 4, 1989. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City <br />in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than <br />$600,000.00. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use <br />of the Council Chambers during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make <br />other arrangements.
