Backgrounck The proposed addition has an area of approximately 40 acres and consists of 2 - 2.5 acre lots. The property is located East of St. Francis Boulevard (State Highway #47) and South of ]77th Avenue Northwest. The current zoning of the properly is R-1R Rural Residential and is currently being used as agricultural. The proposcd land use ~-ill be R-IR Rural Residential. The P.I.N. is 02-32-25-42-0002. On September 5, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Gobernatz Addition contingent upon providing a drainage easement across Lot #3. Motion also carried regarding that corrective action should occur when 177th Avenue Northwest is realigmed, and that until that time, the current alignment u-ill be used since the City has user rights for 177th Avenue Northwest in ifs present alignment. On September 14, 19S9, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission accepted staff recommendation that the Gobernatz Addition meet the park dedication requirement by pa35ng Five Hundred dollars (2500.00) for each new lot (Si,000.00 total). Ileeomm enctafion: Staff recommends that cash should be used to satis~? the park dedication requ/rements.
