In addition, two of the driveways located on
Nowthen Boulevard Northwest w/Il be removed and relocated to serve four (4) lots.

On July 10, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City
Council approve the preliminary plat of Nature View Addition based on the City Engineer's review
dated July 5, 1989. Further, to note that the necessary fill will most likely be obtained from
Oakwood Hi]is Addition.

On July 25, 1989, the Rsmsey City Council approved the preliminary plat of Nature View Addition
and to obtain a release from David Schulte to turn the grading end mining permit for Oakwood
Hills Addition over to Jon Rambosek, developer of Nature View Addition.
