The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential District. The <br />property is located in the North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, <br />Township 32, Range 25, of Anoka Count),, Minnesota. For your <br />informatidn, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />Ao <br />B. <br />C. <br />E. <br />F. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (August 29, 1989) <br />Proposed Resolution <br />Proposed Development Agreement <br /> <br />Ob serx, atlons: <br /> <br />On August 15, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Daniel <br />Becket for Becket Rolling Pines Addition. <br /> <br />On September 5, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for <br />Becker Rolling Pines Addition with the applicant being allowed t~ have an access onto Variolite <br />Street Northwest from each of the two lots because of the location of the powerline easement on the <br />property. In addition, an easement be proxqded for the future extension of a North/South street <br />(Sapphire Street Northwest), as sho~m on the sketch plan. Further, that at such time as the North/ <br />South street is developed, the accesses for Lots 1 and 2 will be relocated from Variolite to Sapphire <br />Street Northwest. <br /> <br />On September 14, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission accepted staff <br />recommendation that park dedication be satisfied with cash in the amount of One Thousand Five <br />Hundred Ninety-six dollars ($1,596.00), which represents 7% of the market value of the <br />undeveloped land. <br /> <br />l~commendatlon: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that cash should be used to satisfy the park dedication requirements.
