Rather than a dedicated easement, it was a~eed that Holiday Stadonstores
would provide the City with a 15 year option to purchase right-of-way for frontage
road/utility purposes.

Councilmember DeLuca stated that he was of the understanding that when the Holiday
Stationstores a~eement was approved, Council also approved amending other a~eemen(s
to be consistent with what was allowed in the Holiday case.

Motion by Commissioner La.Due and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to
recommend that thc conditional use permit issued on July 26, 1988 to Mr. Robert Wojcik
for Ramsey Auto Sales be amended to delete the requirement for a frontage road/utility
easement and establish a 15 year option for the CiD' to purchase the right-of-way.

Motion carried.
