Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Expand Ramsey <br />Auto Sales; Case of Mr. Louis Wojcik and Mr. Robert Wojcik: <br /> <br />~,~-. Louis Wojcik was present requesting a conditional use permit to expand Ramsey Auto <br />Sales onto an adjacent parcel to the west. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that in addition, the Wojcik's are requesting that the conditional use <br />permit issued in 1988 for Ramsey Auto Sales be amended to be consistent with what was <br />agreed to in the site plan for Holiday Stationstores regarding a frontage road/utility <br />easement. Rather than a dedicated easement, it was a~eed that Holiday Stadonstores <br />would provide the City with a 15 year option to purchase right-of-way for frontage <br />road/utility purposes. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca stated that he was of the understanding that when the Holiday <br />Stationstores a~eement was approved, Council also approved amending other a~eemen(s <br />to be consistent with what was allowed in the Holiday case. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner La.Due and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />recommend that thc conditional use permit issued on July 26, 1988 to Mr. Robert Wojcik <br />for Ramsey Auto Sales be amended to delete the requirement for a frontage road/utility <br />easement and establish a 15 year option for the CiD' to purchase the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
