The easterly access onto Hwy. #10 from PIN ~t28-32-25-44-0004 <br />shall be eliminated; access onto Mu,,>,,. #10 from PI~ #28-32-25-44-0003 shall be retained <br />but not utilized while the conditional use permit is in force; the access from PIN #28-32-25- <br />44-0002 shall be the only access onto Hwy. #10 allowed for use while the property is <br />occupied by an auto sales'lot. <br /> <br />Grading and blacktopping shall be in accordance with the site plan dated June 15, 1989. <br />Reshaping of County and State ditches shall be contingent upon respective agency <br />approvals. <br /> <br />Storm drainage shall be in accordamce with the site plan dated June 15, 1989. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />B612 Curbing shall be developed in accordance with the recommendation contained in the <br />City En~neer's report dated June 29, !989. <br /> <br />Lighting and landscaping shall ~ in accordance with the site plan dated June 15, 1989 with <br />a 3 foot minimum shrub size and utilization of Techny Arborvitae at least 5 feet in height <br />along the west property tine. The additional blacktopping required by the site plan improvements shall be <br />completed by December 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Four (4) off-street parking spaces shall be provided at the Cty.
