The conditions of this approval are as follows: The structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the Building Official. No construction shall commence prior to the pa3m~ent and issuance of a building permit by the Building Official. The building shall be treated with appropriate materials as specified in Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. This building will be of concrete b}ock construction. Recommendations by the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission dated September 5, 1~89, as well as City Engineer reports dated August 29~,~ 1989 are complied ~Sth. The building shall comply with the requirements of the State Building Code. The site grading, drainage and landscaping shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. Plans as required by Section 170.017 L of the City Code, shall be submitted to the City Engineer and approved prior to commencing work. Said plans are dated September 20, 1989, consist of one (1) sheet and were drawn by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. To insure that the site is developed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, the applicant shall pro~qde a cash escrow, certificate of deposit, letter of credit or performance bond in an amount of TwenD' Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00), which equals 150% of the estimated cost of the improvements as estimated by the CitT Engineer.
