CASE #/O <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE ORDINANCE <br /> By: William Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 12, 1989 the Council introduced a proposed ordinance amending the City's Off- <br />Sale Liquor License Ordinance. The proposed ordinance, if adopted would eliminate the <br />requirement that all off-sale liquor store be located within the City's urban area.
