BUDGET AMENDMENT <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In the 1989 budget, $30,000 has been set aside to pa3' for remodeling at City Hall in addition to the <br />Fire Department remodeling. Currently I foresee spending some of those dollars on a table, chairs <br />(that don't squeak), and an audio system for the Council Chambers. Those expenditures will not <br />meet the $30,1300 limit. <br /> <br />Therefore, I would like to request permission of the City Council to complete the acquisition of <br />five additional computer workstations and avoid any further capital outlay in the 1990 budget for <br />data processing equipment. The estimated total cost of this equipment is $20,000.
