ORDINANCE NO. 89-09-__ <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 210.01 OF THE CITY CODE AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 84-7. <br />ENTITLED "WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES" AND WHICH ORDINANCE PROVIDES FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF MUNICIPAL WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS AS PUBLIC UTILITIES WITH <br />APPROPRIATE PROCEDURES AND ACCOUNTING THEREFORE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />Section 210.026 of the City Code as adopted by ordinance 84-7 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />210.026 RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />Adoption Procedure. Rates and charges for the collection and treatment of sewage <br />and water taken from the City's municipal water system shall be established by <br />ordinance, preceded by a public hearing as prescribed in City Charter Chapter <br />11. <br /> <br />Water Rate. The water rate for those areas of the City described in paragraphs 4 <br />and 5 below, for water usage from the City's municipal water system shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Item Rate <br /> <br />Usage fee per 1K gallons <br />Minimum usage fee per quarter <br />Service charge <br />Connection charge <br /> <br />$ 1.00 <br /> 10.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> <br />Sewer Rate. The sewer rate except for those areas of the City described in <br />paragraphs 4 and 5 below, for municipal sewer service shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Item Rate <br /> <br />Usage fee per 1K gallons <br />Minimum usage fee per quarter <br />Service charge <br /> <br /> 0.00 <br />32.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> <br />Water Rates Special District. Notwithstanding paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the <br />water rates for the properties located within the City's Tax Increment Financing <br />("TIF") Districts 2 and 4, that are within Development District No. 1, shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
