Permanent Street Easement Parcel <br /> <br />An 80.00 foot wide perpetual easement for public street and utility <br />purposes over, under and across the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of State Highway <br />No. 47 and lying southwesterly of the centerline of Anoka <br />County State Aid Highway No. 5 <br /> <br />Said perpetual easement being 40.00 feet on each side of the <br />following described centerline: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota; thence easterly on an assumed bearing <br />of North 89 degrees 51 minutes 23 seconds East, along the <br />southerly line of said northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter a distance of 514.54 feet to the point cf beginning <br />of the centerline to be described.; thence northerly a distance <br />of 219.65 feet along a nontangential curve concave to the west <br />having a radius of 300.00 feet, a central angle of 41 degrees <br />57 minutes 00 seconds, and a chord which bears North 3 degrees <br />11 minutes 24 seconds East and is 214.78 feet in length; <br />thence north 17 degrees 47 minutes 05 seconds West, tangent <br />to said curve, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence northerly <br />along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius <br />of 300.00 feet to the southwesterly line of Anoka County State <br />Aid Highway No. 5 and there terminating. <br /> <br />The side lines of said easement are prolonged or shortened to <br />terminate on the southerly line of said northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter and on the southwesterly line of said Highway. <br /> <br />Names of interested parties in above described land and nature of <br />interest: <br /> <br />Estate of Daniel Laws ............
