Smoke being blown over 1he Anoka Airport. <br /> <br /> 3. Sparks and ho~ ashes being blown over the grove of pines and <br /> creating a fire hs2ard. <br /> <br />I a!so called Mr. Russ Anderson, Elk River Fire Chief, and related to him the <br />request for a burning permit at F & R Enterprises. He relsled the same concerns <br />we had with the burning al this Iocalion. <br /> <br /> <br />
