Therefore, based on <br />City codes, the escrow for the Stage I improvements can be released <br />provided that the developer has paid for all expenses incurred by <br />the City, posted a maintenance bond and provided an escrow for the <br />Stage II improvements. <br /> <br />The amount of the maintenance bond, based on past policy is $5,000 <br />par street mile or any fraction thereof. In the case of Northfork <br />2nd Addition, the required escrow is $10,000. .Since the streets in <br />Northfork First Addition were installed over one year ago and the <br />corrective work was completed, no maintenance bond is required. <br /> <br />The escrow for Stage II improvements (sea! coating) as required by <br />Article 170.039C of the City Code is estimated to be $18,300.00. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in regard to these plats, please let us <br />know. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, iNC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
