Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELEASING SUBDIVISION BOND NUMBER C-524100 FOR <br />NORTHFORK PUD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has entered into a development agreement <br />with North Fork, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has required a financial guarantee for the Stage <br />One Improvements: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received Subdivision Bond Number C-524100 for the <br />Stage One Improvements for Northfork Addition: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from the City Engineer staling the <br />Stage One Improvements are to City standards, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) <br />Northfork Addition. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the Stage One improvements for <br /> <br /> 2 ) That the City Council authorizes City Staff to release Subdivision Bond <br />Number C-524100 to the developer. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of October, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
