Case <br /> <br /> SALE OF BONDS <br />By: David R. Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Over the past two years, the City of Ramsey has constructed several smaller projects which <br />require long-term definitive financing. Individually it did not make sense to issue bonds al a <br />public sale for these projects because it would not be cost effective to do so. Consequently, the <br />projects have been financed internally until a sufficient number of projects are ready for long- <br />term financing, At the present time, it appears that the City will be selling approximately a <br />$700,000,00 tax exempt issue and $230,000.00 taxable issue.
