NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on September 5, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Now'then <br />Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Richard J. Sybrant's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed North Forty 3rd Addition. The proposed plat consists of approximately <br />seventy (70) acres and is proposed to be developed with twenty eight (28) single-family rural <br />residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />Section 20, Township 32, Range, 25, Anoka, Minnesota; <br /> <br />And the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast/Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />Section 20, Township 32, Range, 25, Anoka, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Except the North 627.94 feet of the East 727 feet as measured along the East and <br />North lines thereof. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat <br />approval. Writlen comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
