Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13 (WATER, SEWER AND <br />STREET SURFACING OF RIVLYN STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 8th day of August, <br />1989, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sewer, water and <br />street surfacing for Rivlyn Street N.W. (Project #89-13); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the <br />public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th da_.y of August, 1989 at which <br />time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opport~ni-~ ~ be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br />adopted 8th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby <br />designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of November, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
