Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-09-248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSED 1989, COLLECTIBLE 1990 <br />CURRENT AD VALORUM PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following levies for assessed 1989, payable 1990 be levied upon <br />the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following <br />purposes: <br /> <br />GENERAL LEVY: <br /> <br />Fund 101: General Fund <br /> General Operations <br /> <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY: <br /> <br />$1,355,782 <br /> <br />Special Assessment Obligations - <br /> <br />Fund 302: 1979 Debt Service 6,480 <br />Fund 306: 1982 Debt Service 1,169 <br />Fund 307: 1983 Debt Service 5,500 <br />Fund 310: 1984-11 Debt Service 9,549 <br />Fund 312: 1985 Debt Service 3,451 <br /> <br /> Total Debt Service Levy <br />TOTAL ALL CURRENT AD VALORUM LEVIES <br /> <br /> 26,149 <br />$1,381,931 <br /> <br />The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the County Auditor, Anoka County, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) That this resolution supercedes Resolution #89-09-248 adopted on <br />September 21, 1989. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of November, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
