1. CAPCO BUILDING - Located at 14059 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />The building contains 3,300 square feet of office and 3,300 square feet of industry or garage <br />areWstorage. The building includes a phone system (seven lines, one dedicated, and twelve <br />phones), security system, computer room, and locker and shower facilities. It would not need <br />renovation or lease hold improvements. Base rent is $2,500.00/month. It would be ideal for the <br />Police Department v, dth room for storage as well. <br /> <br />2. IIAMSEY MEDICAL CENTER - Located at 5300- 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />The ,438 square feet of finished office space on the lower level consists of two 18' x 7-1/2' offices <br />and one 11' x 15' office. Additional space is available to be finished or left as is for storage. <br />Rental is $9.75/square foot for finished space and $6.00/square foot for storage. <br /> <br />3. RLIM RIVER <br /> <br />The building contains 1,060 square feet. It is currently occupied by "Puppy Love". It consists of <br />open space with tiled floors and painted walls. It would require partitions or modular office <br />systems to create offices. Storage is available to the City in the utility room. Expansion of the <br />~enter is being planned in early 1991 and larger space could be made available if required by the <br />City. Base rent is $8.00/square foot plus $3.00/square foot for maintenance, taxes, and insurance. <br /> <br />4. RIVER'S BEND PLAZA <br /> <br />The building contains 1,700 square feet of space previously occupied by "Bates Video". The floor <br />is carpeted and the walls are finished. It would require partitions or modular office s.vstems to <br />create office space. The base rent is $10.00/square foot and $3.50/square foot estimated for 1990 <br />taxes, maintenance and insurance. <br /> <br />5. D.J.'S FURNACE &- DU(~T t~LEANIN(3 - Located at 14300 Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />There is good potential for the Police Department, but property is in foreclosure and the owner <br />cannot be located. <br /> <br />6. ROOT BUILDING - Located at 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />The building is inadequate for e~ther the Police or En~neering Departments. It is only a 1,500 <br />square foot metal building and would need major upgrading to be su;,:abte. Also the parking a_rea is <br />not a hard surface. <br /> <br />7. ,.N..'0RTHERN BANK - Located at 5909 - 167th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Space is not available. The bank hopes to expand into "Harold's Hardware's" old space and offer <br />~eater sen'ice at the Ramsey Branch. <br /> <br />8. MICKELSON PLI~MBI.~'G - Located at 14230 Basalt Sz'eet N.W. <br /> <br />The builcSng is a large, mostly unfinished4 steel su"ucture. There is 15ri'fired office space and major <br />up~ading would be needed to be used for the Police Department or EngLneering Dep~tment. <br /> <br />9. BAKER-MATE.
