Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME FRAME FOR <br />ALIClA ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-08-229 granting final <br />plat approval for Alicia Addition on August 22, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code Section 170.0310 C Recording states: Failure to <br />file the plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by the City Councit, shall result in <br />voiding of the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City had received a formal request from Thomas R. Opsahl, <br />President of Oplund Group inc. (dated November 17, 1989) which formally requests an <br />extension for filing the plat on Alicia Addition, to explore the revision of the final grading and <br />drainage plan for the site in order to enhance the housing sites and create additional ponding to <br />provide for a variety of housing styles (e.g., full basement walkouts, outlooks, split entry, <br />etc.). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time <br />frame for Alicia Addition to June 30, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th day of November, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
