4) <br /> <br />5) <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Sales are conducted on the owner's property. <br />Multiple family sales are permitted if they are <br />held on the property of one of the <br />participants. <br />No goods purchased for resale may be offered <br />for sale. <br />No consignment goods may be offered for sale. <br />Directional signs may be placed on the street <br />right-of-way. <br />All directional and advertising signs shall be <br />freestanding and removed within twenty four <br />(24) hours after completion of the sale. <br /> <br />s) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />Ail directional and advertising signs placed <br />on private property shall have the owners <br />permission. <br />No directional or advertising sign may be <br />larger than two (2) feet by three (3) feet. <br /> <br />Inspections: <br />There may be one (1) annual inspection each year by the City <br />Administrator of any property covered by a conditional use permit. <br />In addition, the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have <br />the right at any time, upon reasonable request, to enter and <br />inspect the premises covered by said permit for safety and <br />compliance purposes. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permits: <br />Conditional use permits granted by this section shall be temporary <br />in nature and shall be granted to a designated person who resides <br />at a residential address. They are not transferable from person <br />to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />General Provisions: <br /> a) Should a conditional use permit holder die or move to a <br /> new location, the existing permit shall be automatically <br /> terminated, except that in the case of death, should a <br /> surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, <br /> desire to continue the home occupation, written notice <br /> to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator <br /> and the City Council may authorize continuation of that <br /> permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Conditional use permits, once granted, may be revoked <br />prior to its original revocation date by the City Council <br />for cause after hearing before the City Council. <br />Complaints seeking the revocation of such permit shall <br />be filed with the City Administrator and may be initiated <br />by the Planning Commission or any three (3) residents of <br />the block (both sides where the home occupation is being <br />conducted). All such revocation hearings shall be <br />conducted in accordance with Section 170.0!3E of this <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />
