Applicant is Waltek, Inc. <br /> 3. Site plan is attached. <br /> 4. Property survey is attached. <br /> 5. Waltek site is approximately 5 acres. <br /> 6. Property is zoned I-1 Industrial and is presently being used as an <br /> Investment Cast Foundry, manufacturing metal parts. <br /> 7. Waltek property is located on Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> 8. Waltek currently employs 44 people, 28 on 1st shift, 10 on 2nd shift <br /> and 6 on 3rd shift. <br /> 9. Topographical survey attached. <br />10. Addition of 60'x50' will be built on the west end of the current ware- <br /> house. Addition is being built by same contractor that built the <br /> original warehouse and will match it in both color and design. All <br /> disturbed areas will be restored with sod or seed. The building design <br /> plans are attached and have been submitted to the Building Inspector. <br /> The addition will be used for cold storage of raw material (steel <br /> ingots in 55 gallon drums) and parts inventory (steel parts). <br /> One of our major customers wants us to inventory about 50 different <br /> parts, starting January 1, 1990. This customer is located in Illinois <br /> and we could lose their business to a Wisconsin Foundry if we do not <br /> provide this service to them. <br />Ii.. Site plan is attached. <br />12.
