PRIORITY OF USE: <br /> <br />1. Governmental functions* (City Council, Commissions, Committees, Administrative) <br /> <br />2. Organized groups (Senior Citizens, punic service groups, recreation groups) <br /> <br />3. General public <br /> <br />4. Church or religious organizations <br /> <br />*Governmental functions may supersede any other use with or without <br />reservations if: a) three days hotice is given; and b) there is no other practical <br />alternative. <br /> <br />.RULES OF USE: <br /> <br />i. The permit is valid only for date and time specified and must be in your possession. <br /> <br />Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. <br />Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in revocation of <br />your reservation privilege. <br /> <br />Chairs and tables may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not <br />moved from room to room. All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended <br />purpose only. <br /> <br />4. The Rarnsey Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for <br /> organized groups or the general public. <br /> <br />5. Smoking is permitted on__Iv in the foyer area on the upper level and in the 'kitchen in the lower <br /> level. <br /> <br />6. Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought on the premise or consumed at the Ramsey Municipal <br /> Center. <br /> <br />7. Al/doors must be locked and all lights turned off ~fore leaving the building. <br /> <br />8. You are responsiNe for clean-up of the area used. <br /> <br />The user of the Ramsey Municipal Center is as an individual and as a ~oup liable for any <br />damage to public or private propertT or injury to any person resulting from use or presence at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center. A conviction of vandalism can result in a $700 fine and/or 90 <br />days in jail. <br /> <br /> <br />
