RULES OF USE: <br /> <br /> 1. The permit is valid only for date and time specified and must be in your possession. <br />2. Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. <br /> Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in revocation of <br /> your reservation privilege. <br />3. Cars or vehicles must not be parked on any areas other than those provided. You are subject to <br /> a parking violation fine if this is disregarded. <br />4. All equipment should be used for its intended purpose only. Chairs and tables at the Park <br /> Center building may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not moved <br /> from the building. Your cooperation in the proper use of these facilities is essential in <br /> maintaining adequate recreation areas and facilities for your leisure time use. <br />5. The Ramsey Park Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized <br /> groups or the general public except the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association. <br />6. Picnic areas and skating rinks cannot be reserved to the exclusion of the general public. <br />7. Smoking is not permitted in the Park Center building. <br />8. Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought on the premise or consumed on City park property or <br /> at the Park Center building. <br />9. All doors must be locked, all lights turned off, and the alarm set before leaving the Park Center <br /> building. <br /> 10. You are responsible for clean-up of the areas used. Litter must be placed in the containers <br /> provided. The use of glass containers is prohibited. <br /> 11. The user of City parks and/or the Park Center building is as an individual and as a group liable <br /> for any damage to public or private property or injury to any person resulting from use or <br /> presence at City parks and/or the Park Center building. Evidence of vandalism can result in a <br /> $700 fine and/or 90 days in jail. <br /> 12.
