NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RANISEY ANOKA COUNWY STATE OF MINq%rESOTA TO %%q-IOM IT bQ%Y CONCERN: Notice is hereby Wen that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on b~onday, i~'ovember 6, 19S9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey ]%{unicipa] Center, 15153 ~'owt}]en Blvd. ~A%', ~amsey, A~innesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Boyd R. Hanson's request for prehminary plat approval of the proposed Oleo Acres Addition. The plat consists of 19.30 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximate])' 4 single fami]y rural residential lots. The property is ]egal]y described ns follows: That part of the South Half of the Southwest Qua~er of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count)', Minnesoua, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter which is 150.00 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along said East line to the South line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter oft he Northeast Quarter; thence North along said West line to the North line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along the North line thereof to a point that is 300.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence soufneas~er]y in a s~,ra]~n% line ~o fne poin~ of be~nning. All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat approval.
