Banwam stated that the proposed plat of Oleo Acres is located between Llama Sn"eet <br />and 161st Avenue N.W. and consists of the creation of 3 lots from an existing 10 acre <br />parcel. The Park Commission has reviewed the proposed plat and recommends requiring <br />cash to satisfy park dedic'~tion requirements.
