The average densiD' of the Rural <br />Residential lots is 5.0 acres per lot (15 lots). In addition, a proposed trail has an area of 4.4 acres. <br />The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential and I-1 Industrial District. Martin for Tooth Acres Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission accepted the sketch plan for <br />Tooth Acres Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary, plat stage as per the <br />City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />the combination of land (75' trail corridor) and cash to satisfy the park dedication contingent upon <br />Anoka County not being able to purchase the land. <br /> <br />On November 6, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing <br /> <br /> <br />
